I hope the situation will be resolved as soon as possible since it has now been a month since my payment and two weeks since they said I would be refunded.... Conclusion:never had a worse experience even remotely comparable!

I placed my order on 3005, today is 1906 and I still haven't received my order, which has been in process since 0206. One item is unavailable - replaced by a credit note - but why not send the rest of the order as soon as possible? In short, really disappointed first and last order at 1001maquettes (and too bad for the credit note...). A site I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
