Indeed I ordered on 1001maquette recently the order was well taken into account and the money well withdrawn on my account the product of my order had taken delay for the sending thus a small e- mail to recall my order had been made themail to remind my order had been made on March 27 I received an e mail in return telling me that it was gone and that I would receive it soon we are April 11 and still nothing in the meantime I ordered on another site donation I received my order a few days later personally I would not order more on 1001maquette I was disappointed yet there are things that I like and that I would have ordered from eu these well too bad

Nice model found in my mailbox a little long to deliver but it came from China...? Now off to work.

The transaction took place quickly and without any problems. From my point of view, I can only recommend it. Definitely not my last order from 1001modellbau.

I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. So I received it well after the 4 to 6 days I'd expected when ordering. I sent an e-mail before receiving it to find out why it was late and why I had received duplicate e-mails with errors in the automatic e-mails (one sentence did not appear correctly). I was waiting for an explanation. I received a few lines of reply with no apology, no explanation and, above all, no answers to my questions. So I sent another e-mail and I'm still waiting for an answer. This company doesn't manage after-sales service and customer relations at all. I'm very disappointed. I'd read some good comments, especially about deliveries, but apparently not everyone is on the same page.

Virtually unprotected packaging (a small piece of crumpled kraft paper insufficient to protect the miniature during transport. On unpacking, I see that the car's windscreen is broken. I wrote to 1001 maquettes...who merely offered me free delivery on my next order..... even though this was a standard commercial offer (I had already received an e-mail to this effect before delivery!). In short, deplorable service. And the customer service email was not signed and had no telephone number. TO BE AVOIDED

Perfect and very correct site! The 1st model I bought was missing a cluster (the track drive wheels). So I bought Friul tracks for my model with a 50% discount on this kit. The se""après-vent"" is therefore first-rate. I recommend this site and will recommend it again next time.
