If I hadn't been threatened with a ""hand courante"" for not respecting the purchase contract for a model and a sheet of ordinary decals, I'm sure that three yes three months after the order I'd still be waiting for my pack of 1001 Maquettes. So you'll understand that from now on I'm not taking this site very seriously, unlike other English, German, Polish or Czech sites, which are much more efficient.
Hello Sir and Madam, I'm writing to inform you that my order has arrived a second time in poor condition. The order concerned flat paint for copper and white decals. When I placed my first order for copper decal paint, it arrived crumpled, so I sent you a message to let you know so that my next order wouldn't arrive in the same condition. Unfortunately, it arrived crumpled again.

Order received 1 MONTH after payment. Computer problem when placing the order but parcel sent anyway as an economy parcel. 1001 maquettes could have made up for this by sending a parcel.

I'm very satisfied with my model, it's very realistic. It's easy to assemble, thanks to the enclosed plans.
There's plenty of choice for military vehicles at 172°. The list is up to date. Fast delivery times. I'm a long way from TONY maquettes, which left me bitterly disappointed (a few weeks, in fact, several months of waiting).
The search system is efficient for my taste, although I do have one regret: not being able to create a wish list that can be saved between visits. Me

It was my first order from 1001modellbau. I have never ordered from abroad before and therefore never made the purchase. It took a little longer, about 14 days, but it wasn't that important for me. In general, the store is a bit more expensive for some items, but you can also find one or two exotic kits.

For items not in stock, I was issued a ""credit memo"" to be used on next order without my permission. I can't imagine ever ordering again so I am now fighting for a refund. This was the poorest experience I have had ordering on the internet in 15 years.

Fast and efficient
Super selection and very fast shipping. Good communication with the customer about the progress of the order and payment is also possible with Pay Pal. All in all, I am very satisfied.
They offer a lot of good things that you can't easily buy elsewhere. There is something for everyone, but unfortunately the store is based in France, which is noticeable in the delivery time and payment.

I have been disapointed so far because I received the wrong order and have had no response from customer service to date... The processing of my order seemed to be OK. I received timely updates regarding when the products would be received for shipping. I also received a notice when the order was being shipped. I received a shipment in 2 to 3 days as was stated. However, I received the incorrect shipment. My order #14439 was not what I received. I received order #14539 which is not mine. I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service ([email protected]) and have had no response yet. The Website states that Customer Service is important to them. I have seen no evidence to date. A customer service telephone number for English speaking customers would be helpful. I am awaiting a response regarding what to do with the incorrect shipment I received and what is the status of my order for which payment was accepted.
