I have mixed feelings about my experience. My two the witcher figurines did indeed arrive. However, the care taken with the package was minimal, with only the two boxes of figurines bound together with black film. Fortunately, there was no damage except for a slight dent on one of the boxes. What's more, we receive far too many e-mails, no doubt to give the illusion that your order will reach you in record time. However, 1001 maquettes sells us a dream when it displays in stock on a product. This product will in fact be in stock when they buy it from another site. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project. In short poor service rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worst May I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue
