Slow, misleading e-mails- Took way too long to get order- was a cc order on-line, so saw no reason to wait the two weeks. Got many e-mails from the the whole time, misleading me into thinking ""it'll be here the next day or so""- actually a week or so more. I'll remember this in the future.

How long, oh Lord? I placed my order on Dec 19 2012, that was a month ago. It STILL hasn't arrived. I am less than pleased.

Item was delivered well after it was promised and horrible customer service I ordered a model to be delivered for the holidays, and it ended up being delivered a couple of weeks late. Attempted to contact the seller several times without response. Do not recommend.

They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.

Not very good: I have several addresses registered with 1001 maquettes. I asked for delivery to my home address, but unfortunately the orders are systematically sent to my work address, even though I selected the right address when ordering (this has happened to me twice). I ordered several products indicated as available. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that one product was unavailable, but that the other 2 had been shipped anyway (so far, so good). Then I receive an email with a credit corresponding to the product that wasn't shipped. As I wanted this product, I ordered it on the site a few days later as it was available again. I ordered it but had to pay the shipping costs again. It's a pity when they could have sent it to me separately at no extra cost, as they do.

What can I say???? voilà I decided to get back into model making and after a""surfÃ"" on a multitude of sites I came across 1001....... I appreciated the wide choice in models the simplicity of navigation..... to finally place an order....... aie..... a few days later an e-mail telling me that as soon as my order had been ""processed"" I would be notified.... then.... the wait..... in short.... more than 15 days before receiving my purchase.... (fortunately no bad surprises on opening) very disappointed by the abnormally long wait in view of the delivery costs.... really dommag

It was shipped from within the states. It arrived broken. I emailed them with my concerns and asked for a reply. Never received a reply!

The parcel arrived without problem the contents were in good condition nothing to complain about just the delivery a little long but with the holidays otherwise everything is fine

Super price for very detailed motorcycles there are four different models in different colors. Amazing what works so everything at this size (1:43) wheels can be turned steering wheel movable partly main stand side stand movable. The delivery time was as threatened but very long O.K. was written in the offer so.

After a few stomach aches regarding orders from abroad, my negative expectations were not confirmed. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the foreign bank transfer with its endless chains of numbers. The model was also delivered within a reasonable time. I will order from 1001Maquettes again.

I placed an order for a model of an ocean liner, which will be superb when my friend has finished it. The only downside is that, of course, like many people, I didn't read about delivery, and so I got screwed, because in my head, having taken the fast delivery option, I'd have it in 1 week max... and when I didn't see the package arrive, I just went to look... so maybe I'll mention it in the e-mail when the transaction is done... Thank you in any case and long life to this

I appreciated your customer service and the tracking of shipments. However, I regret that there are too often the same models in double or triple reference, while some French naval aviation models are unobtainable in the catalog. COrd

1001 maquettes has always met my expectations perfectly, both in terms of delivery times and package quality. What's more, the site is pleasant to look at, even when I don't have access to the internet.

Shipping took far too long.

The product fully corresponds to the description so I am absolutely satisfied. But the shipping time was a disaster: order processed on 18.12.2012 order processed on 21.12.2012 handover to shipping company confirmed by email on 24.12.2012 from DHL confirmation of collection delivered here on 04.01.2013. So the parcel was on its way from France to me for 14 days, of which it spent 10 days in the parcel center in Belgium alone. I understand that Christmas and the turn of the year are hot shipping times, but 10 days without any movement in a parcel center is a bit much. The statement in the email said that delivery would take place in 6 to 9 days. That didn't work out at all. MfG Uwe Clausen

I ordered a motorcycle model and was really disappointed. When I ordered, the product information was inaccurate (product to be assembled with glue as well as painted). When I received it, I realized that the bike had to be assembled and was already painted..... In addition, the delivery times were not respected, so I offered the model very late, which caused me a lot of inconvenience... I'm absolutely unhappy with my order and am still waiting for a reply from customer service regarding the refund.

High-quality, well-packaged models
