I appreciated being kept informed of the progress of my order, even if it took a little time to be delivered.

The parcel was sent a long way from my home to a post office I didn't know (Technoparc de st Genis Pouilly) and which I had a lot of trouble finding. The package was huge and difficult to carry. The dimensions should be highlighted when the item is ordered.

The free shipping was referring only to the pickup point. All sites now give free shipping charges upon reaching a certain threshold even for home shipping.

Exactly what was agreed upon happened. Only, the miniature city I ordered turned out to be much, much smaller than the website suggested.
