Well packaged product. I regret that the list of paints, glues, etc. required for each model is not included in the description, so that I can order exactly the accessories I need at the same time as the model. This may be an improvement for the future. The dimensions of the model once assembled are not very clearly indicated - the table accessible via a link is very helpful.

I placed an order and my payment was accepted on November 24. Today is December 12 and I have just received half of my order from another customer for whom the product was not intended. So I'm missing 1 product out of two. So I'm disappointed! I'm going to place a new order at the beginning of January where I need various products, tools, brushes, paints and models. Encouraged At first I was a liitle aprehensive. Never hard of them. But their website looked good and the prices were excellent. So...I decided to take the plunge. Everything worked out well...initially. Then...there was nothing. No communication...nothing about my order. This went on for a good 2.5 weeks. I was getting worried. No tracking information at their website...etc. So I began to write them and say..hey! Where's my order? They wrote back apologetically and said it's in process. Well...after a few rounds of email...they came through! I received my order and I was happy about the expereince....especially the price. I chalked up the negative part of the experience as their growing pains. Definitely will use again.

You had better be young when you order because you will be a lot older when you receive your package. Slow, slower, much slower, full speed to the rear, stop.
