SITE FULL OF NEWS AND GREAT PRODUCTS

Well-designed website, easy to order and received on time. The packaging is as you would expect and protects the model elements. Very good

It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

I purchased some toy soldiers that were unobtainable in Italy. Nice service on time delivery

Order placed quickly. Perhaps the delivery time could be shortened when the order is in stock. On the other hand, shipping is expensive (at least for a deco board).

fast delivery

ottimo servizio Consigliato a tutti gli utenti che ordinano online

I purchase and pay for an item on 24-11-2013 the shipment is made on 3-12-2013 because they tell me on 28-11-2013 that the material is not physically present in the warehouse in the same communication they say that I will receive the package within three days having chosen the option """parcel celere 3"" but on 7-12-2013 a new message arrives saying that the delivery days have magically increased to 57. I receive the item on 10-12-2013 (16 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT) In an envelope with bubble wrap the item is fragile and in fact opening the envelope it is slightly damaged ( in a recoverable way thankfully) I don't want to lengthen the time any longer and decide to keep the item as is. In summary it was my worst buying experience in over 10 years of online shopping around the world.

I live in New Caledonia and it's a bit difficult to find companies willing to send material here, so thanks to

For an amateur and a first order, it's necessary to find out as much as possible, but thanks to the starter kit and a search for matching products by brand and scale, I found what I was looking for. My son and I will be delighted at Christmas. The products are well protected for transport and delivery is fast and on time.

Fast delivery but poor quality of the product. Although i have bought several times, this time, I am not happy with the product. I bought a decal sheet for an airplane model scale 1/24. The quality of this sheet was really poor and when I put it into water, the decals broke.

received on time and well packaged. too bad that for my product (380 mm barrels) there were no instructions, as the model didn't match I had a few problems with assembly. Apart from that, everything's perfect.

site a little expensive paint and glue not included when elsewhere it is included in the price for the identical brand in any case postage too expensive for a delivery a little long

I recommend the site

I found that the delivery time was a little long, although in line with what is announced on the s

The delivered article is of very good quality but the delivery time of one and a half weeks is much too long according to the text it should be 5-6 days. And 4 euros shipping costs for a letter is also too much.

The goods arrived undamaged and perfectly in accordance with the order. Only flaw was the failure to meet the guaranteed delivery time of two-three days and instead the order arrived after more than a week. Being a birthday gift we did not make it in time.
