I ordered wine from this shop over four weeks ago for more than 200 euro and have received neither the delivery nor a refund. Customer service has been unresponsive, and DPD confirmed the seller must act but nothing has been done. Very disappointing experience. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend ordering from this shop unless they improve both their delivery reliability and customer service.
I ordered in the morning with express delivery option for next day delivery. Instead of arriving 1 day after, it arrived 4 days later. No response from customer service following my message a few days ago.
We apologize for the delivery delay and the lack of response from our side. This does not correspond to the quality of service we wish to offer.
We are processing a refund for the express shipping fees today.
