I ordered Corsican wine regarding the status of my order, it was mentioned as restocking, I had to call three weeks later for my wine to be shipped, I find that unacceptable and better follow-up would be much more pleasant.

While the site offers good products at very attractive prices, it unfortunately advertises delivery before 1 p.m. the following day, even though it uses Chronopost. The result is that you don't get your order delivered the next day at all, and more often than not you have to collect your heavy parcels from the post office. This was my case.

A small problem of understanding between 23vins and Chronopost because on your site the parcel was marked shipped and on Chronopost that the parcel was being prepared by you which was indeed the case. A customer service person was able to inform me and even called me back when the parcel was picked up by Chronopost.
