I ordered in 2021 and received in 2023. I sent a message to report it to the selling site, which did not bother to respond. I don't think I will buy again on this site.
The promise of a delivery within J+1 was not kept. Package compliant and bottles well protected.
I ordered Corsican wine regarding the status of my order, it was mentioned as restocking, I had to call three weeks later for my wine to be shipped, I find that unacceptable and better follow-up would be much more pleasant.

Your order placed on July 11 was shipped 10 days later, on July 21, but indeed, you should never have had to chase our service and we sincerely regret that.

Difficulties in receiving the package
Hello, I am not satisfied, when I order Bergerac rosé and receive Bergerac red!!!!!!
While the site offers good products at very attractive prices, it unfortunately advertises delivery before 1 p.m. the following day, even though it uses Chronopost. The result is that you don't get your order delivered the next day at all, and more often than not you have to collect your heavy parcels from the post office. This was my case.
A small problem of understanding between 23vins and Chronopost because on your site the parcel was marked shipped and on Chronopost that the parcel was being prepared by you which was indeed the case. A customer service person was able to inform me and even called me back when the parcel was picked up by Chronopost. I would like to thank her for her warm welcome, her kindness and for taking the time to inform herself and me.
Responsive after-sales service, fast delivery, but the vintage received did not correspond to the order. A warning would have been welcome.
Ordered 8 bottles. First delivery quick, but after checking and opening, 6 bottles delivered. Had to call to say the order was not complete. Delivery of the other 2 blles later. We would have appreciated a commercial gesture to compensate for this error in the order, apparently not a current practice with this retailer. Too bad
I regret not having had the same price on the second order 11.50€ instead of 9 .80€ It is not very commercial
Following this order I received the 3 bottles of monbazillac, but for the bottle of ruinart I did not receive the right one.

Hello. For me, the taste is a little too fruity, so I don't like it as much. Nevertheless, I would give it a good rating. My son gave me a taste of HIVER 22 which I really found to my liking. I think it was less fruity.
I've already replied, I asked for a birthday card which you charged me for and which I didn't get, so I'm disappointed.
A little long to receive. I already knew the wine I bought, otherwise the site doesn't necessarily make you want to buy other wines blindly.
The wines are interesting and the prices correct, but there are delivery errors and inappropriate accounting reminders.
