Delivery within 3 days and quality product, I've been ordering 5 to 6 times a year for nearly 3 years, the only problem was a delivery that got lost in Chronopost's limbo 😀 I reported the problem to customer service and they sent me my order free of charge, which I received two days later. I ordered on 5/08, delivery was to be within 24H by my company "dpd". On 8/08, I still hadn't received anything, so I decided to call 321cbd, who called the delivery company. The 2 passed the buck. 321cbd decides to open an investigation, which should take about 15 days. Morality I paid 7€60 for a delivery scheduled in 24H, that I will receive in 15 days at best. The customer service was very courteous and quick to open the investigation at the loan of the deliveryman.
