Disappointed with my last order, yet I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. In my last order, I was missing a 5g flower bag, which is not nothing, a loss of €32 because there was no way to contact to claim. Very disappointed, I will look elsewhere next time.

Received my incomplete package. On 31/07 I reported the case. Two terse responses to my emails and since then nothing. Impossible to reach by phone. No callback to messages left on the answering machine. As of today, I still have not received my complete order. Today is August 18.
The product could not be tested. Arrived WAY TOO LATE outside the mentioned deadlines, we had to buy another one that we are currently using.
