Regarding the tracking, we sent you the tracking number three times. According to our procedure, you automatically receive a tracking number with the order confirmation email. We would also like to inform you that your package was shipped on the 4th and delivered on the 7th, as shown by our tracking system. We therefore ask you to check which website you are entering this tracking number on and how you are using it, as the tracking platform you are using may not be the correct one.

Regarding our phone call, we already explained to you that we do not speak German and communicated with you in English. At the time, you also confirmed that you were satisfied with this arrangement.
