I ordered a black 146x200cm catamaran net for the dock. We are really satisfied with the entire ordering process. The Loftnets website makes it very easy to order, guiding you through each step clearly. The net was manufactured in a couple of days, and about a week after the order, it arrived here in Finland. Installation was easy thanks to the good instructions. If I were to give one piece of negative feedback: the net required 65 clips and 130 screws. Not a single extra clip or screw was included. What if a screw or clip had been defective? Where would I quickly get a replacement? I do not believe the company would suffer a loss if a couple of extra parts were included in the order.

I am not at all happy with my order. I called in December to order a trampoline for my catamaran, being in the United States at that time, I discussed the order with customer service, I explained that I needed it delivered to France, and that someone would bring the trampoline to the Antilles, I specified that I wanted the black TEC 400 with eyelets, the woman I spoke to on the phone explained that the delays were longer, and that delivery would be in February, she sent me a confirmation email which I validated and paid for. We arrived in Martinique several months later, and then I realized that it was a net not in mesh but in ropes that was delivered, partly my fault since when I received the confirmation of my order, I assumed that everything was validated over the phone, the only correct thing is the color, very disappointed to find myself with the wrong product, after perhaps having trusted too much.

After checking your file, it appears that your order was made independently based on the information you provided, and that the plans and summary of the products were validated by you in mid-January before production began. The delivered product therefore corresponds to the validated order.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to confirm the content of any prior phone exchange that occurred before the order. If a model in black TEC 400 with eyelets was recommended to you, it is indeed possible that it was the most suitable product for your needs. However, at the time of validating the order, that is not the model you validated.
We are also surprised to discover this situation today, several months after delivery, through an online review. If you had contacted us directly upon receiving the product or during its installation, we would have gladly reviewed your file to seek an appropriate solution.
The satisfaction of our customers is important to us, and we remain at your disposal to discuss if you wish for us to examine your situation together.

I have not even installed my net yet (I can't wait) but I would like to give 5 stars to the entire staff--sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams at LOFTNETS! They have gone above and beyond for my purchase as I first ran into a sizing issue (of my own making) which the team resolved. And then I ran into a customs issue (also of my own making) that the team diligently also helped me resolve. When I ultimately had to order a new net (again, this is all my own fault lol), the team and the production department still managed such an efficient turn-around that my new net was here ahead of schedule for my project. I'm beyond impressed with the level of customer care and attention to detail of the whole staff. The product is the best in its category, beautiful and well crafted and safe and I couldn't recommend it more.
