Disappointed with the GLS delivery, I went to pick up my package at the relay point even though it was supposed to be a home delivery. Really disappointed with the delivery but very satisfied with the ordered product since it is GLS that delivers. I will order from you again.
Unfortunately, one of the fish did not survive the journey. The others are all in excellent condition. The crayfish too. I am very happy with my order. Thanks to the team that did a great job regarding the transport tracking.

My plants are superb. I bought normal-sized plants, but the plants that arrived were much larger than those from other stores. The price exceeds anything on the market. Several of the plants came from Tropica, a brand I know very well for its quality. The plants arrived in a protective tray wrapped in heat-sealed bags, supported in a large cardboard box that included a heated pocket. Nothing was damaged. Aquabota is my new top choice. Thank you Aquabota for wonderful customer service.

Very good quality of plants received as usual, too bad the fish are a bit expensive, I have no interest, it's the same price, sometimes cheaper not far from my home in addition to the expensive delivery otherwise I would buy everything from Aquabota

Indeed, we are not the cheapest for fish. We have chosen to work only with a carrier specialized in the transport of live animals, unlike some competitors who ship via UPS Standard, without real consideration for animal welfare. This choice leads to higher costs, but it allows us to offer a service that is truly adapted and secure.
