Hello, I am sorry to be negative. Of the 4 wheels, 1 was halfway on the rail and 1 was on the rail, so a machining defect of the groove because the other 2 penetrated completely to the rail and rolled very well. At 4m high, I had to thin the rail. Not having a grinder and sander on site, I used a reciprocating saw with a metal blade. Thank you for the hassle!

Very good product even if my result is far from perfect. Some settings escape me ??? I recommended a set of 8 to you. Any advice will be welcome.
Here is the detailed procedure to replace your old carts with the new precision models. This operation is accessible, but requires two people to handle the glazing safely.
1. Removal of the leaf
To access the mechanism, it is necessary to take the door out of its frame:
Lifting: Lift the leaf with two people to free the rollers from the rail on the ground.
Extraction: Gently tilt the base towards you to remove the door. Lay it flat on trestles or a soft protection to avoid scratching the profile.
2. Removal of the housing
The cart is housed in the horizontal profile, at the very bottom of the door:
Locate the fixing screw on the side of the post (it is sometimes hidden under a plastic cover).
Unscrew it completely to free the metal block, then slide the housing out of its slot.
3. Replacement of the rollers and reassembly
This is where the change of the wear part occurs:
Replacement: Using a screwdriver, unclip the old rollers from the housing. Then clip the new rollers into place.
Installation: Reinsert the newly renovated cart into the bottom profile of the door.
Fixing: Tighten the locking screw to immobilize the cart horizontally.
4. Installation and finishing adjustments
Reposition the leaf on its rail
Before putting the door back in place, vacuum and wipe the rail on the ground. A clean rail avoids vibrations and prolongs the life of your new bearings.
