Extremely disappointed with customer service and order handling. I ordered the bottom half of a wetsuit with a pee valve installed. I received the pants without the pee valve being installed. I submitted a request about my order, and I’ve been waiting 10 days for the store to get back to me. I’ve never seen anything like it.
