I give 4 stars just because I am Swiss and I cannot pay by twint to order on itsara. But I am a bit complicated at that level. Otherwise, the jewelry is incredibly well made, the people I contacted are really very kind and the delivery was fast.

Disappointed, I expected better for the price. Being handy, I adjusted the ring (sharp and prickly on each side of the ring) which caused discomfort on my finger and gave it a shape of leaf tips on each side. For the delivery, I was satisfied since it was scheduled for Tuesday and arrived on Monday, which was my son's birthday. I will not renew my experience with Itsara.

A client at Itsara for over 3 years, with numerous purchases through my account, my partner's account, and as a regular customer, I have always loved their jewelry. I wear them with pride and would have liked to buy more in these last 2 years but stuck at home with a long illness, I haven't had the opportunity. I just returned to buy a ring that I had lost and what a great disappointment it was to discover that in 2 years of absence, prices have multiplied by 1.8 to 2. That is a 100% increase. I am heartbroken. My last purchase convinced me aesthetically but for the same jewelry that was available 2 years ago, paying double would make me think twice. In any case, I will not mention your name saying that it is rare to find a site that makes such beautiful jewelry and is not excessive. I felt like I belonged to the Itsara family, today I am just a prospect or a customer. Nothing more and no philosophy left. Best regards

Unfortunately, since September, the price of silver has continued to rise, reaching a historically high level at the end of January.
We waited as long as possible before taking action: a first increase of 15% was applied in October, followed by a second more recently. Without these adjustments, it would simply be impossible for us to maintain our activity in the face of such high raw material prices.
