I left confident due to previous positive experiences with them. But while the site advertises free delivery from €90, they charge you for delivery, the quality has decreased: sharp welds, a piece of jewelry that falls apart after a few days, and you have to pay for return delivery again!!! They no longer have it in my size so exchange refused but they also do not want to proceed with the repair! No customer gesture for the inconvenience. What is happening at Itsara???

Average quality and confusing customer service that allows (or not) a product return and then validates (or not) your refund, as if a return in distance selling was an exception, even a favor... very unpleasant!

Unfortunately, the quality of the ring does not match what one might guess from the photo. The ring is rather dull, the finishes are quite rough. I regret my purchase unfortunately.

Thank you Émilie for your order.
Our rings are handmade by artisans, each piece is therefore unique and may slightly differ from the photos.
What you perceive as a dull appearance is actually the patina.
But do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected], we will arrange a return or an exchange without any problem.

It is always a pleasure to discover the new Itsara products and to be tempted. I bought two bracelets from the new collection, they are beautiful but I imagined them to be a bit thicker. In any case, in the photos on the site, they seem wider. It's a shame, but in the end, I really like the effect of finesse and delicacy they exude. I actually recommended another one as well as two necklaces. The items are always quite consistent with the photos, but I must say that for this new collection, some chains appear much thicker in the photos than they actually are.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for your loyalty.
To allow a good view of the details of the links and the work of each chain, we necessarily take very close-up photos. This can sometimes give an impression of greater volume than in reality. It is precisely for this reason that we indicate all dimensions and widths on each product page, in order to better represent the finesse of the jewelry.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Careful and relatively fast shipping. I have never been disappointed with the jewelry ordered. Braided silver bracelet that doesn't leave my wrist, recently a leaf ring, fits perfectly on my finger, I barely feel it, I don't take it off either. Quality jewelry, whose spirit matches my nature.

Response from Itsara
Thank you very much Heidi.
Knowing that the braided bracelet and the leaf ring no longer leave your wrist and finger is the greatest compliment. Glad that the spirit of our jewelry corresponds to you. See you soon at Itsara!
