I loved the chocolate brown matte alligator in your half price offer and I should have bought more.Then I bought the calf skin which was really quite still and far too short.The alligator strap is quite wonderful.

The quality of the strap is great and delivery to Australia was quicker than expected. The only slight disapppintment was how rough the aged leather strap was. I chose the dark brown aged leather watch strap which turned out to be much lighter coloured when delivered. Perhaps this will darken over time. The texture of the leather was also quite rough, like nubuck. The website gallery mentions vintage leather which is what I had hoped for but this wasn't an option on the custom list of leathers to choose from. Overall, I'm happy with my custom strap and I think the leather will age to become the colour and finish I wished for from the start.

Ordered online, perfect result, deadlines met. Very pleasant staff in the store. Real craftsmanship of the highest quality.

As always the strap came in the quality you can expect for ABP. Excellent quality. Speedy delivery. They are not the cheapest, but the quality is unmatched. And the options are plenty. If you love your watches, you will love these straps.

The staff of ABP communicate orders with prompt replies, however, their capabilities to follow client instructions for orders is very poor.When I placed my order I requested it to be shipped FedEx to the USA as I paid for express shipping. However, the ABP staff ignored my request and sent it via chrono post. Chronopost being the absolute worst service to use when shipping to the US, lost my package. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days, however I was forced to wait 1 month until ABP deemed my order lost and started to remake my strap. I requested many times for the ABP staff to make sure they send my order to the correct address. The staff ignored this request and sent the order to the wrong address number.. This created many problems for me and this is not the first time this has happened with your company. Finally I actually received my order via FedEx. Unfortunately, the strap size and shape was completely wrong and not what I requested. The staff awknoledged the mistake and remade the portion of the strap that was originally made incorrectly. I also had to ask more than once for you to stamp your product with the ABP stamp. All products come not stamped and I realize you don't make all the straps you sell, but since this is a custom order, the products should be stamped by the manufacturer.. All of my past straps are all stamped with ABP..I think your problem is very simple. Your company rushes on customer orders and does not Follow order instructions. This in return creates a product of less quality and less detail, along with mistakes. I have been ordering straps from ABP for many years and I have even been into the store in person to order a strap from Roman whom I used to deal with. My orders were always outstanding. Today, the attention to detail on customers orders is very poor. I hope on any future orders I may place, all of this can be avoided and I can have a more smooth experience.

Excellent experience! I ordered a custom strap while visiting Paris. I really enjoyed the process which included selecting the hide and stitching. Staff was very friendly and helpful particularly Leo at the production facility. I enjoyed the finish product so much I immediately ordered a second strap. Highly recommended!!

Poor product, and appalling customer service. The watch strap I ordered arrived clearly faulty, and given their prices are top-end and they describe themselves as 'family-run' and a 'craft company' I'm surprised it was even allowed to leave the factory. It cost well over €100 but in all honesty had the look of a cheap €5 import, which it may have actually been as I've since noticed from their website that not everything they sell is made by them. So a 'fail' on quality-control then.I contacted ABP Concept (Atelier du Bracelet Parisien) and received a reply fairly promptly asking me to take some photos as proof of what I was saying, which I duly did and returned to them the same day. A couple of days went by and I'd heard nothing so I got back in touch to ask what was happening and a day or so later received the reply that It was being dealt with by their 'Chief of the workshop', and I'd get a response that same day. Over a week has now passed, and despite emailing them again twice I've heard absolutely nothing. So, a fail on customer service too. Staggering, for a family company who talk about quality and attention to detail. There are far better independent watch strap makers out there who value their customers. Avoid!

They are Amazing . I have bought from them a few times. This time I dealt with Leo on email . He sent me pictures , ideas etc etc . I received two stunning bands in a few weeks in the mail .Not cheap but nothing great ever is.Highly recommend.

Very good products and efficient customer service. A commercial gesture was agreed following an extended delivery time. Modulo... that it was impossible for me to take advantage of it, as the instructions given were really unclear.
