Very beautiful jewel, fine and delicate, well presented in a pretty box. Delivery time respected, nothing to say. It's the first time I ordered and I'm not reluctant to do it again!

Everything is perfect, I find however the size of the stones very small, more than what I imagined. The quality is there.

Response from Aden Published on 18/03/2024

Hello,

I'm delighted to hear that you're happy with the quality of your jewelry! At Aden, we strive to offer creations that are both beautiful and of the highest quality.

We understand that the size of the stones may sometimes appear different from your expectations. That's why we strive to provide precise information on the dimensions of each element of our jewelry directly on our product pages. For the stone you have chosen, as shown, it does indeed measure 4 x 4 mm.

We also use model photos to give a more realistic idea of the size and look of the jewelry worn. Our aim is to help you visualize the product before you buy. We apologize if, despite this, the size of the stones does not correspond entirely to what you imagined.

I would like to point out that we also offer a variety of jewels with different stone diameters, to suit preferences for larger pieces. We'd be happy to help you select a piece with dimensions that better match your expectations.

If you have any further questions or would like help in finding a piece that meets your requirements in terms of size, style or gems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your understanding and your positive feedback.

We look forward to helping you choose your next jewel.

Best regards,

Frédéric

The package was well packed but the package was left in my mailbox without being notified. What would be nice is to be able to choose a relay. The signet ring is very pretty but I'm waiting for December 31 to offer it (it's for a birthday) I hope the size fits and the signet ring will please him even though he has chosen. Thank you
