Order placed promptly and delivered likewise. Some delay in delivery, however, due to the service provider DPD.
In addition to the website, it would be nice to be able to reach an advisor by phone.

It's a very well done site with accurate data on low back pain and a very clear explanation of the products on offer. I am very satisfied with the products (seat and lumbar cushions) which have greatly improved my posture in the car.

The documentation is very well done and the product is of good quality. I would have liked to have a thicker seat cushion, bearing in mind that the passenger seat is not height-adjustable on most vehicles. ,.

At the end of March 2018, I bought a V3 Confort + seat cushion. I expressed my opinion, which in a nutshell was a bit mixed. However, it evolved so positively over the miles that I purchased not only another seat cushion, but also two lumbar cushions. In the case of the latter, my experience is too recent for me to be able to give an authoritative opinion, but I have little doubt as to their effectiveness. In addition to these comments, I must point out that I have had a number of contacts with Mr. Jean T.... of Adjust, with whom I have found a particularly attentive ear and received sound advice. These comments are particularly positive and one might think that they are biased. They reflect my experience and that of my wife with a Renault Kadjar.

Very happy with my purchase. The booster cushion is comfortable and stable thanks to the support pads on the ribs. On the other hand, very long delivery.

It's a shame to give a 3/5 rating for a delivery problem during the May bank holidays ... Especially as we offer several options, including chronopost ... and the Point Relais delivery you chose was offered to you. Yours sincerely The ad'just team

The seat slips, the side cushions aren't firm enough and the packaging isn't suitable: cardboard in a sorry state, fortunately the product wasn't affected. It's a shame, especially as the price is quite high. I know that for the seat, it would fit well with the back part. If this part is necessary, why offer the seat without the back?
