Impressed with the fast delivery. The site is pleasant and easy to navigate.

Very good, impeccable service, responsive, careful and attentive. I'd recommend! top-notch after-sales service. I had a problem with the membrane on Monday and received a new one the next day, Tuesday.

Good product, very fast delivery

Hello, impeccable service and delivery. The quality of the material is very good as well as the well studied ergonomics which corresponds completely to the problem of sciatica which rotates my life at the moment, but thanks to this product I taste much less in the car. Congratulations again to the designers.... Best regards,

I found this adjustable backrest on the Internet, to enable my wife to sit comfortably in the seat of our TESLA MODEL 3. So I contacted AD'JUST to ask if there was a hook to attach the backrest to the back of the TESLA MODEL 3 with its fixed, non-removable headrest. It was the president himself who replied, sending me the technical instructions for the Velcro strip specially designed to attach the top of the backrest to a seat without a headrest. He offered me a fully refundable purchase if the backrest didn't fit. What's more, I was offered free postage... and what's appreciable is that the seat and the velcro strap are less expensive than on Amazon, where I discovered the seat. To tell the truth, it's not possible to attach the backrest with the velcro strap in the place initially planned, because of the shape of the seat. So I slid the top of the seat under the bottom of the headrest and put the band at shoulder blade level. The shape of the seat allows the backrest to be held in place in a way that's not unsightly (there's still a strip in the middle of the seat). Many thanks to AD'FUST.

fast, compliant delivery.

very easy to access site easy to use and very well explained

Fast and in line with my expectations.

After opening an account: products ordered are always available and delivery times are excellent.

Easy to consult and accurate information.

Easy access

I didn't give them 5 stars because of a delivery error: a part was missing. On the other hand, I'm still satisfied with their service, thanks to their quick response, which enabled me to receive the missing part very quickly.

Product delivered on time, impeccable. The cushion duo is great for winding roads. However, if you use it in the driver's seat, you'd better be able to raise the steering wheel if you don't want it to rub on your thighs during maneuvers. Apart from that, it's perfect.

order received promptly.

Perfect.product as expected delivered on time

Product as described and as I expected.

We did a lot of mountain biking in Savoie, with very small roads and tight bends. My wife was delighted to have this product, as the adjustable lumbar cushions gave her excellent support.

Perfect!

As described thank you

very good, I feel a difference when driving, my lower back is well supported.

nothing to say about the service and the order, but the dpd carrier should be reviewed.

perfect, compliant and fast

Very good site and the explanations are very clear.

I'm really disappointed, I thought that for the price it was for the seat AND the back, but unfortunately it's not. So I find it a bit expensive.

Easy navigation.

I am very satisfied with the adjust lumbar backrest, which is effective in alleviating my lower back pain on short journeys. However, as I live in a detached house and was present on the day of delivery, I did not see the delivery man...

intuitive site, with all the information you need to make your choice, fast delivery, nice little videos to explain the concept.
