I am very satisfied with this company, Akal food, however, I still find that they are a little inconsistent I would say, in responding to customers, sometimes we are answered, other times not and we do not know why, no explanations ... it's a bad point I would say and because of this, I do not think to order spirulina in this company but they are not alone, I have seen this state of affairs with other producers of spirulina in France. Some simply don't respond at all! In any case, I've found an excellent Andean spirulina from Flamand Vert, grown at an altitude of 2,500 metres, at Satoriz in Ferney-Voltaire, and that's good enough for me.

We are indeed a small company, with no outsourced or automatic switchboard, but a cell phone that the team answers in addition to their normal business tasks.
Our top priority is always the quality and taste of our organic spirulina, grown in Normandy according to permaculture and biodynamic principles. While we're always delighted when someone finds a spirulina that suits them and consumes it regularly, we always prefer a local product purchased directly from the person who produces it.

Fast shipping. Quality of spirulina twigs. Only drawback: the product container, whether in cardboard format where fine plastic particles fall out with the spirulina, or the aluminum sachet whose opening comes unstuck, no longer guaranteeing its hermetic seal.

Hello, it's not plastic, but little cardboard threads. We only have one reference left (100g powder) with these old tins, which will soon be replaced by the new tins, which no longer cause this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Very good products! The "tonic" range is very effective as well as being delicious (which is rare for spirulina-based products). I eat "tonic" bars before driving or to keep my energy up during long meetings. It can replace coffee, which I don't like, and it prevents hunger pangs as it's very nourishing.

Hello, No distributor ships fresh birch sap by "chronofresh", as shipping costs are prohibitive. On the other hand, in March, temperatures remain low, and sorting centers are not heated. So the sap ferments very little during the postal journey. Finally, we choose the time of shipment so that there isn't a Sunday before receipt, to avoid an extra day of unnecessary waiting.
