I have just one small criticism concerning Organic Spirulina Flower Powder. I find that the powder in the new formula is much too fine, which leads to a loss of flavor and even nutritional effectiveness. I much preferred the old formula. But that's a personal feeling. Hello,
To grind it into powder, we use an artisanal mill with a stone wheel that has several positions depending on the granulometry required.
We'll see what position it's been ground in and see what's possible.
I agree with you from a nutritional point of view (and that's why I eat it mainly as a twig), but to put it in a drink, it's more practical if it's really fine! So we have to find the right balance to satisfy the use and preservation of spirulina.
