Quickly noticeable on the skin when showering. Be careful, the water in Madrid comes with a very high pH in my area.

The water that is really alkaline. The lid of the jug could be better, where the water is filled, that lid does not have good airtightness.

Thank you for making it possible for us to drink the much-needed water in a healthy way. It's a shame that this State, which should look after its citizens, is poisoning us from different sources. Thank you.

I love it, the only downside is the plastic tube where it connects to the tap, as you have to hold it when turning it. Other than that, perfect.

So far perfect, pure water without contaminants, a big difference from tap water and that's saying something since it's from Madrid, which they say is not bad, but even so, the strips don't lie.

The delivery of the jug was very fast, with a gift included (a magnetic board for the fridge). I like the design of the jug, more compact than I expected, light and comfortable to use. The filtration speed is quite good for a jug of this type. And as for the taste, I like it a lot, better than other jugs. So far, very happy with it.

At home we love it and I have also bought one to give as a gift. Not having to buy so many plastic water bottles with the danger that generates for health and the environment is priceless. The taste of the water is great. My next purchase will be the filter for the shower.

We have stopped buying bottled water, we use the jug with low emission filters since where we live the water is hard, we are delighted to have eliminated the use of plastic and always have good water at home.

The best purchase I have made, the water takes a little getting used to the taste after many years of drinking bottled water, but once you get used to it "bravo". Another advantage is that you don't have to go to the supermarket to buy and come back loaded with bottles. The jugs and bottles should be cheaper, and you should be able to have more than one. I insist I think it's a good purchase.

I am very happy with the jug and the filter for the shower, it is incredible what the water we consume in my area contains. The shower filter lasts less than what the water brings, I have already changed the pre-filter and I am going to change the filter before the recommended time because the water contains so much that the pressure has already dropped. Now my skin doesn't dry out as much as before. I will continue using it, I am very happy.

The research on water and your videos demonstrating what you then sell is the best, just like the treatment at the time of purchase makes you a quality company.

The order arrived correctly, although a bit of padding with newspaper would have been better (the small box, the one for the filter, 'wobbled' a bit, and the tape that closed the package says 'very fragile'). I haven't tried the products yet (pitcher, shower filter). The only downside is that I changed the delivery date (in the link that came in the message) to the day after the one communicated by the post office because I wasn't sure if I could be home during that time frame, and the delivery person who called me on the initial delivery day, and luckily I was home, told me he didn't know anything about the date change.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We will pass your notes about the packaging to order preparation. We also apologize for the inconvenience with transportation, sometimes it takes a few hours to update the PDAs and the drivers do not receive the information ipso facto. We are glad that the delivery was easy nonetheless. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

I love how fine I find the water, and it is a good product. You could lower the price of those that are placed on the taps or make some interesting offers for customers. There comes a time when filtered water is used for everything.

The shipping was very fast. The pitcher is fine, although with the first normal filter the water tasted a lot and I only used it for cooking... But with the low magnesium filter, much better. It still tastes but less, it is pleasant to drink. I live in Tarragona, so the water is very hard.
