Good quality of the products. The Alkanatur jug can have the parts purchased separately, so you don't have to change the whole jug when a piece breaks.

I still have no news on when my order made on November 29 will arrive. Today is December 7. The filters are fine, but the delivery service should be up to par.

I don't know where my order is, I haven't received anything yet, I haven't received any information about the order tracking. Certainly, with how expensive the products of this company are and how bad the transport service they have contracted is.

I didn't realize the good taste it gives to the water once passed through the jug until I ran out of the filter liters and it started to lose filtering quality. It gives me security especially for my son, we only drink filtered water with the jug.
