The first two orders arrived with what I had ordered, but the 3rd was not at all what I had asked for, so I'm not satisfied. After making a complaint, I'm waiting for my product to be returned to me.

Hello, the delivery took a long time. The delivery times are too long. There was no delivery on Friday even though the roads were cleared of snow. On Monday, as I was available early in the morning, I chose a relay point...where it only arrived on Tuesday.
