Very good for everything except navigation ordering site
The first two orders arrived with what I had ordered, but the 3rd was not at all what I had asked for, so I'm not satisfied. After making a complaint, I'm waiting for my product to be returned to me.
Very pleasant products; since I discovered them at Berenne B in Bretignolles sur Mer, I can't do without the make-up remover oil and the Sublime cream. I love the skincare oils. Very good order and delivery. Thank you for the samples.

Hello, the delivery took a long time. The delivery times are too long. There was no delivery on Friday even though the roads were cleared of snow. On Monday, as I was available early in the morning, I chose a relay point...where it only arrived on Tuesday.

Even though the dosage is indicated, you don't realize that the 5ml bottle is so small, barely larger than a perfume sample. I find the price exorbitant. Here's hoping it works.

Very serious site with quality products
I've never had any complaints about my Altearah orders, the site is impeccable, deliveries are respected and the products are great.
I had to call because I didn't understand how to place my order.
Nothing to say about the delivery, products well packaged, I would have liked to receive one or two wipes different from the fragrances I ordered to try other scents thank you.
