Hello. Living in Paris, the package took quite a few days to arrive. (gls) There was nothing alive in this package, just "plants". It was borderline. Best regards.

I marked yes because overall the plants were beautiful except for one that was quite damaged and I had some plants that were loose inside. I took videos if you are interested, I will send them to you.

Really very satisfied with my order. The only small negative point would be that all the plants have the name written on them. (This avoids having to go back to the site and search)

Disappointed with the GLS delivery, I went to pick up my package at the relay point even though it was supposed to be a home delivery. Really disappointed with the delivery but very satisfied with the ordered product since it is GLS that delivers. I will order from you again.

Unfortunately, one of the fish did not survive the journey. The others are all in excellent condition. The crayfish too. I am very happy with my order. Thanks to the team that did a great job regarding the transport tracking.
