Plant received correctly and of good quality, however there was a big delay in shipping (not GLS's fault).
We would like to confirm that there is no delay on Aquabota's side nor GLS. We apply our specific shipping procedures for France for sending plants.
Your order was placed on Tuesday 20/05/2025 at 23:45:01. As specified on our website, plant shipments to France leave our warehouse only on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings, depending on the delivery department.

I received my package, but not according to my wish for a relay point. The Marché des saveurs in Chignat Vertaizon. This package was redirected by GLS to Mondial Relais, which was not planned. I indeed saw the GLS delivery person, who told me that the Marché des saveurs was closed, while I was coming out, I told him. This store has continuous hours from 9 AM to 7 PM every day. Apparently, there is a conflict between this store and GLS, and I do not wish to bear the consequences. Do you have other relay points in the vicinity, so that I can properly receive my orders? Thank you for submitting them to me.
