We are sorry to hear that the shipping times did not meet your expectations. Depending on the period and the saturation of the networks, it does happen that Mondial Relay experiences delays beyond our control.

For faster delivery in France, we recommend choosing GLS at a pickup point, which generally delivers in 2 to 3 working days. The price difference is minimal (about €1.50) and can make a real difference during busy periods.

Very satisfied with the order received, very beautiful plants, top-notch packaging. The only small downside, if we can really call it a downside, is that I was expecting to receive a larger plant based on the photo. I was expecting to receive a leafy Nymphoides aquatica, but I only received the bulb, which almost ended up in the trash because it was placed in two small bags. I thought they were two empty bags mistakenly put inside. Luckily, my curiosity pushed me to open them, and I found the miniature bulb inside.

When you buy bulb plants, it is important to keep in mind that the weather and seasonality strongly influence their development. Thus, from one year to the next, it is possible to obtain a well-formed bulb with abundant foliage, or on the contrary, a less developed bulb due to climatic conditions.
