Product shipped promptly and received very quickly.
However, very poor packaging: box too big and rifle and supplied accessories not secured in the box. Result: exploded cartridge boxes in the box and cartridges scattered loose. Muzzle end not well protected (just bubble wrap when it needed a box or rigid foam in addition) which means that the unsecured weapon being tossed around inside the box, the muzzle end pierced the bubble wrap (photo available). The muzzle end was slightly scratched but fortunately came out without any major scratches which is the main thing.
Too bad for this last important point, otherwise the service deserved 5 stars!
