More than 4 days to prepare and ship an order... If I operated like that in my job, I would have been unemployed a long time ago. I was waiting for my SFS Akeron for this weekend's bivouac. Missed! It still hasn't arrived at the time I'm writing this comment, more than a week after the order. First order from your store. A bit disappointed.

Delivery met my expectations.
The plus is the customer relationship: I made a typing error on my email address during my order and after a call to the store, my contact resolved my problem in 10 seconds, no need to recreate my account and reorder. He even took the time to chat :-)
Super professional... 1000 times better than Ama...n and professionals on the other side.
