Chronopost did not fulfill its contract as the package should have arrived the next day.

You refused to deduct the shipping costs from the refund, and you indicated that the item was no longer in its original packaging so that we could sell it to another customer.
In this state, we cannot proceed with a full refund if you have used the product.
