I placed an order for my son's birthday 15 days before the date. A few days before, customer service called me to say that one of the items was out of stock; they offered to send the order without it but suggested waiting a few more days to see if it would be back in stock. In the end, the shipping was quite long. And I wasn't lucky because the package got lost... However, the support team was quite responsive, but I still had to take some steps on my side because in the end, I even received a package that wasn't mine (in a locker) because of the carrier... In short, the package was received with a lot of delay, but the fault is mainly due to GLS. The items are compliant and of good quality.
Very nice bed just a big disappointment for the drawers. It is not marked anywhere that they are made of paper and not wood, so there is no drawer but 2 fragile storage pockets
