The delivery times they state on their website are a lie.
It's been over a month since I ordered, I never received it, I am really very disappointed.
Unfortunately, the cardboard cutout arrived damaged and the complaint process is proving to be difficult.
I have been waiting for my package for 13 days. It's a shame that the delivery service does not follow up.

Hello, I never received the order.
Delivery times exceeded without any order progress tracking. No response to the email sent and when we call, it's the voicemail of a company with a different name. I will never order from there again.

Musical toy, not even unwrapped and it derails. The music skips but since my child is autistic and cannot wait, unfortunately, for a half-broken toy. Expensive for a 20 cm Hello Kitty plush.

You let us order and pay, after several reminders we inform you that they did not have it in stock and are waiting to receive it again... so it is indeed the longest delivery in the world, more than 3 weeks before receiving my order

Order accepted and 'shipped' but not updated on the GLS site, I send a message to customer service who tells me that the order cannot be processed to my country. If I hadn't sent a message, I wouldn't have been notified, I ask for a quote for shipping costs to my country but no more response. Very unfortunate and disappointed, a refund will be requested.
The wallpapers bubbled as soon as I started to lay them. I respected the amount of glue and the waiting time. The result is ugly. Too bad because the patterns are very pretty.

Delivery in 48h, I received it 1 week later, no response to the email, quality of the products unsatisfactory, a refund request not even recorded, I do not recommend this site.

You ordered a cardboard figurine of the rapper Pittbull. The order was shipped on time.
The carrier usually sends a text and an email to notify you of the tracking.
However, you did not pick up your order on time as it remained several days at the pickup point.
The item was returned to us.

You refused to deduct the shipping costs from the refund, and you indicated that the item was no longer in its original packaging so that we could sell it to another customer.
