Disappointed I thought I would have all the Paw Patrol characters on the balls
Hello. The image presents some colors. However, after unpacking it, it's only black and white
The ordered poster arrived damaged, that can happen so we contact customer service... a real disaster we had to contact them 6 times before getting a status on our exchange request, a real obstacle course, 0 for customer follow-up. More than a month after our exchanges we finally received our poster properly packaged with a very good final rendering.
The package was sent in a folded cardboard box and not in a specific box. I am disappointed because they order products from another company and resell them much more expensive. They do not take the trouble to send it in an adapted box. I am very surprised.
Review left online: great responsiveness and beautiful product.. However, it was advertised as 4 strips of 90*254, I received 4 strips of 180*127..; To apply alone, I wanted to die more than once and I cursed you... 6 hours to get it done, really not practical when you are alone... Print of the 4th panel imperfect compared to the others... In short, it was worth it but it was a real hassle...
Long delivery and basic product! 10€ in total for a cardboard mask, that's expensive
Pretty wallpaper but has defects when applied. We cannot align it well everywhere and the cut is not necessarily very straight everywhere. Of course, we notice it when we put it up because before that, it's not possible. Nevertheless, it remains correct and pretty if we are not looking for perfection in the children's room.
No issues with the site or the products purchased but with the delivery as the package was dropped off at a relay point but not at all the one I had selected and not at all in the same place on the other side of the city, the merchant couldn't find it in his stock etc
The bedding set matches the photo and the shipping was fast. However, the packaging of the cover was very dusty and yellowed, knowing that it was for a gift, I had to wipe it with a damp cloth to clean it. Not normal for new
The color does not match the photos on the site. My daughter is still happy because it's unicorns, so we kept the boxes. But personally, I'm a bit disappointed.

Overall it's fine, but prices are a bit high on some products and especially the shipping costs are charged even with +100€ of purchase! This is really what hinders making another purchase on your site as a result.

2) We are based in France (and pay our taxes in France)
3) We manage all steps: storage, shipping, customer service (we call our customers when there is a problem) etc.

Cardboard display stand quality, however, the transport service and especially customer service need to be greatly improved! Delivery times not respected especially for the price and choice made at my professional order, contact with customer service (I was answered with a question that I replied to and since then silence!). Being in commerce as I manage 2 stores, satisfaction is important for my customers and I train my employees on this crucial point. Currently in my case and my order, I am dissatisfied so I will go through another professional soon.

I could not retrieve my package because it was delivered to another relay without notifying me. Very unhappy with the Chronopost delivery

You ordered the Disney Mickey bedding set on 09/17 at 6:40 PM. Your order was shipped the next day. It was delivered to you on the 21st at a Chronopost relay point.
Chronopost had to change the chosen relay point once the item was sent, and notified you by SMS. We do not have control over their last-minute choices and we regret it.

I am very happy with the product itself, but there was no effort to protect it for delivery. The base of my POS was slightly bent during delivery due to lack of protection.
Our cardboard figures are packaged in a rigid envelope to ensure the best protection. But sometimes the package can be mishandled during transport.

I must say that I am a bit disappointed with the preparation time - not having seen that the item was out of stock at the time of adding it to the cart - and once received, it turns out that there is no explanatory diagram for properly applying the wallpaper which seems poorly calibrated :-/ Otherwise, customer service is responsive to emails. Nothing to say about that.

Very disappointing the responses received from the delivery manager paid for 8 and received it 1 week instead of 1 day open
Decent product, but still expensive for the result... eye holes not punched in front, deadlines to be reviewed as well...

Size error on the description
Way too dark in terms of color. Does not match the photo.
No issues with delivery but the quality-price ratio seems low compared to the ordered product.
Interesting price but lack of communication for shipping and immediate debit without news for 10 days.
I chose delivery to a pickup point, at the same price as GLS home delivery, because I did not want to be delivered by GLS. But it was GLS that delivered to the pickup point. Result: they did not drop off my package at the right pickup point but at another one which made me take a detour of more than 2 hours!! And luckily someone brought it to me because it was inaccessible by public transport!! All this for an order of cardboard masks at €10! Incredible loss of money (gas, highway) and time! Advice to BBG: change your delivery method, increase the range of choices, forget GLS!
Very disappointed, the large stickers peel off, a rolled-up rug so impossible to get it back to its original shape, last time I order from the site.

As for the rugs, they are all delivered rolled up. This is the first time we have been told that a rug does not stabilize.

I received my package, it's a cardboard character, it is a bit damaged in one spot.
Delivery time too long.
Package received a week later. Not even informed that the pickup point had changed, so did not receive it on time, very disappointed. A simple email or SMS to tell me that the package had been delivered to another pickup point would have been so easy.
The products ordered are top-notch, really great, however, regarding the delivery, I am not satisfied at all my package was waiting in front of my door anyone could have stolen it while it was specified that if I was not present I would have a notice of passage to be delivered later the carrier does not do his job properly
The package was not delivered to my home but to a Carrefour 76620, there are 3 there, package hunt we did not understand that the masks were flat disappointment for the children
I ordered a duvet cover. Not disappointed with the colors, however, the pillowcase was unstitched along the entire length.
Package in poor condition, crushed box, fortunately it was a plush toy.
