Ordered the autumn forest, once placed the fairies did not have the same leg color and Tinkerbell's body did not match either, plus the colors came off at the slightest touch of a damp cloth. Result, everything went in the trash because it was very ugly in the end.
Very disappointed. Bug on the site at the time of my order. Billing address merged with the delivery address. Package delivered to the wrong address and never received... No recourse and very poor communication with customer service.

Deplorable experience, I wanted to please my boy for the holidays, I received a trampled sticker and my return request which dates back a few weeks remains in vain, worse the customer service doesn't even bother to respond. Avoid this site.
I received my package well, timing and delivery were top-notch. However, the product does not satisfy me, whether it's the color or the installation, I am very disappointed. The markers were not aligned after 3 strips, the result was ugly and we strictly followed the installation method via the tutorials and advice on the site. To be avoided.

Very poor quality product. I usually buy and install wallpaper. I totally discourage it.
We bought two wallpapers with different patterns (Frozen and Planes) no issues with the Frozen one, quality paper and easy to install. However, the Planes one is much thinner and difficult to install despite consulting the manual/tutorial, significant bubbles, paper impossible to work with that bleeds, impossible to escape the bubbles (the link at the bottom of the concerned page for the manual does not work). Installation was done by a professional. I will send you photos by email.
Offers delivery locations that do not exist. As a result, the delivery person imposes a delivery location that does not meet our needs (far from home). And of course, nothing has been done by bébé gavroche to resolve the issue.
