Well received, however the packaging was just a taped box and the gift inside was all bent at the top due to the box (Dewok figurine)
Wallpaper damaged at the edges but packaging carton in good condition so it comes from the moment of packing.
Shipping costs are very high. This limits the choice of orders.
Nothing to say about Baby Gavroche. However, GLS is still keeping my package in their depot in Tongres while the expected delivery date was last Monday, November 15. Very good product but one of the packages arrived damaged. No after-sales service and no return possible. Too bad. The rest of the products are of very good quality.

I was happy with the order but not overall, I had ordered a set of 30 invitation cards and received a Frozen card. It's disappointing when you don't receive what you ordered! The curtains and the two cardboard silhouettes are great, I recommend taking them in real size, about 1.60m.

Very poor communication on their part, particularly from their co-manager! We ordered a product available within 72 hours, it took 22 days to arrive. I can understand there might be stock issues or others, but to be told that the product was not available at the time of my order or that after 10 days the package was leaving their place when it was not at all, the chat on the site does not respond or it takes all day to respond "I will inquire and get back to you", of course! I'm still waiting for them to get back to me! In short, I felt like an idiot! I work in retail too, we say what the customer wants to hear to keep them waiting, but there is a way to do it.

Pretty mural but one part was damaged and the paper was very difficult to apply. The result is still successful.
Product as described but delivery made to a different location than requested causing delays to retrieve it, unfortunate.
I had no delivery problems; however, the ordered item was frankly lacking in description; I did not receive what I expected.
The curtain I ordered is superb, very good quality. I criticize the delivery time; I live 1.5 hours from the shipping address and had to wait over 15 days to be delivered. Honestly, I find this delay extremely long; I receive a package from China faster. That's why my rating is three stars and not five for the quality of the product, which I would have rated five stars.
