In line with what I expected.
The customer service is perfect, I made a mistake in my order and the correction was made very quickly. The delivery was fast, impeccable!
The tracking of the package was strange (notably displayed as "delivered" when I had not yet picked it up, nor even been informed of its availability at the relay point) so I feared the worst (lost packages being unfortunately a frequent occurrence) but I eventually managed to retrieve it. It did arrive much later than expected (not in time for the birthday for which I ordered it) and not at the chosen relay, but the plush corresponds. So I blame the carrier, but not the site bebe gavroche.

Disappointed by the material of the dinosaur duvet which, despite washes, is not soft especially for a child..

Pretty furniture but looks bigger in the photo.
