On 5 items ordered, I only received one item. During delivery, the delivery person said he didn't need a signature and left the box and hurried away; my box was completely open with only one item inside and no invoice or delivery note. Baby Gavroche does not want to hear about a refund, claiming he will supposedly conduct an investigation with the GLS company (which is also very poorly rated with bad reviews). To this day, no news from Baby Gavroche despite having called again to find out where the so-called investigation was, he simply replied that he was overwhelmed and that he wrote my name on a post-it that he put on his keyboard to remind me but still no news.

I received my package well, timing and delivery were top-notch. However, the product does not satisfy me, whether it's the color or the installation, I am very disappointed. The markers were not aligned after 3 strips, the result was ugly and we strictly followed the installation method via the tutorials and advice on the site. To be avoided.

Nothing to say about Baby Gavroche. However, GLS is still keeping my package in their depot in Tongres while the expected delivery date was last Monday, November 15. I sent an email to the carrier this Wednesday the 17th, but still haven't received a response. Order 100302665 GLS Package 92559949883 Thank you.

Package well received, packaging a bit damaged but the product is fine. However, having crumpled and balled up the invoice to use it as a wedge to prevent movement in the box, I find that not very serious.
