I like the material, but waiting 6 weeks is long

Put in order 7. August, order sent 26, arraived 2. September. Tracking showed me were it was at.

The shipment was late. Very late. I had no update on the situation, only that they have not yet recieved supply from their provider even though shop webside said this item was in stock. My emails were not responded to untill I wrote I will have to ask for refund and only after that time the item was sudenly available and was shipped to me.

There is still room for improvement when it comes to delivery time with all things HEMA but other than that, great and friendly team @BA. Recommended :)

The order came in fairly good time. Packaging was appropriate and the product was received complete. However, and Allen Key was included in the order automatically and I could not remove it (I have them anyway). Also It is not useful for the provided product. So, a bit weird and a waste of money.

3 months delivery, gift meant as a surprise.... complete failure. One mail par month without any satysfactory answer. Had to result to phone to obtain delivery....

The site, range, ordering etc. were all excellent. Stock issues due to COVID delayed my order (a lot!) but that wasn't really Black Armoury's fault and as soon as the main item was in stock shipping was quick from France to Australia. My main concern was the time it took to get a response to questions about the order - I left several messages through the website before resorting to Facebook and email to get an update. Once I got my first response they were great, answering questions within 24 hours, but that initial lack of any indication that my query had been seen, let alone answered, wasn't very encouraging.

Would give 5 stars but the dagger that arrived was not a parrying one, in fact, it was a rondel dagger(it even said so on the wrapping).

sword a bit heavy; 1180 gr instead of 1080 announced; it would benefit from a bit of blade refinement; otherwise satisfactory quality

The site itself it's well made. You can find pretty much everything you'll need for HEMA practice. My order wasn't shipped in a hurry but as soon as it was shipped I received in a few days.

Everything went smoothly, however such high quality products sometimes may take time, a little patience after ordering the product could be required.

Great sword, came really quick and well packaged. Slight marking under the cross guard but barely noticeable

What would put these over the top would be to have the option of removing select pieces, so instead of riveted straps, use snaps.

One of the products, RedDragon gloves, had a not-critical manufacturing defect which was quite apparent so the gloves should not have been sent to the customer. On the CarbonGloves advertisement on their siite, I would propose to remove information that the gloves are suited for sword-and-buckler sparring since the protection is not adequate.

There has been a problem with the packet. It has been forgotten at the post office. But after a qustion, where my packet remains the problem has been solved. It came a little bit after I have expected it, but it was okay. So not everything is perfect, but they're giving their best to do so, so it's a good chop in my opinion.

Not bad at all! Nice selection of equipment, site is easy to manage. Delivery was fast which is a huge plus.

It all arrived quickly and on the same day. However, it was strange that the haft arrived from a seperate delivery company... I missed that delivery and thought that I'd forgotten to order a haft.

The package had some minor issues with clearing customs, due to lack of information. But all in all good service and the product is great.

Good choice of products. I had some troubles with communication which have now been resolved. Postage costs seem very high

Quality products, but I had to wait a while for restocking, which happens frequently for some products.

The site is well designed and easy to navigate to where you want to go. Customer service is also helpful. The selection of gear available at Black Armoury is also nice.

So mostly they answer your e mails very fast, but sometimes they tend to forget, so you don't get an answer at all. So you have to send multiple e mails to get it answered. The problem I encountered is not gonna happen to you. I ordered a 350 n jacket, but actually wanted a 800 n jacket. My mistake. So two weeks later I told them and the said it is finde. I just have to send them the money that was missing for the 800n version and wrote upgrade in the comment. However I got a 350 n jacket, but I paid for a 800 n one. Blackarmoury was very sorry for that and until the 800 n version was ready they allowed me to use the 350n version until the new one arrives. Though it took four to five months for it to arrive it finally did and I love this jacket. I fits great, it protects and it is pretty easy to move in and mist importantly it looks awesome xD.
