Customer service has been fantastic. Despite the time difference is they get back to us quickly and accurately. I have been unable to figure out how to get the camera to work until I noticed that there was no SD card in it. The camera I Purchased does not come with an SD card. I’m getting one today. I’m sure everything will be just fine.

The camera is awesome and fits perfectly inside my helmet. Only niggle with it is the button. I would have preferred a slightly bigger version of the mk3's button for turning it on as it's on the front and is proud of the body so easier for me to press with motorcycle gloves on. The other niggle is the app that goes along with the camera is useless. Other than that a great product

VERY Disappointed with V4 Pro. Records in batches and continuity doesn't go seamlessly. Very bad. Cambox have no solution to this issue. Old 1st Cambox version was better than this one. Wasted my money upgrading 🙁

I finally managed to use it and I admit that the quality is there. The small defects remain the system of hooking with the velcro which came off (adhesive not velcro) in full race thus a little embarrassing! To refine in time but if you develop a new adhesive so that the scratch sticks properly to the helmet foams in its upper part I'm a taker. I may try an irreversible glueing for the grip is good ?
