Fast delivery, the camera is in accordance with the expectations, the images are of good quality.
Customer service has been fantastic. Despite the time difference is they get back to us quickly and accurately. I have been unable to figure out how to get the camera to work until I noticed that there was no SD card in it. The camera I Purchased does not come with an SD card. I’m getting one today. I’m sure everything will be just fine.

In spite of the worldwide shortage of electronic components and the inflation, Cambox preferred not to increase its prices and especially to offer an interesting promotion for the Christmas period instead of providing additional accessories. You can order additional Velcros at a low price on our online site.

Impossible to download the application cambox.... it is not downloadable on all phones....good to know...
As explained today and noted with you, your phone dates from 2017 and Android no longer provides updates for your smartphone model.
Our application, compatible from Android 8.1, will indeed not be offered to you in the Play Store due to the Android 8.0 version of your phone.
I'm sorry for your feeling, but with a 2017 phone you won't have access to most of the recent apps offered on the market.

The camera is awesome and fits perfectly inside my helmet. Only niggle with it is the button. I would have preferred a slightly bigger version of the mk3's button for turning it on as it's on the front and is proud of the body so easier for me to press with motorcycle gloves on. The other niggle is the app that goes along with the camera is useless. Other than that a great product
Cambox Europe produces high-end camcorders. Quick and easy to manage online purchase. Very fast communications with operators. Excellent and fully functional product. I definitely recommend it.
VERY Disappointed with V4 Pro. Records in batches and continuity doesn't go seamlessly. Very bad. Cambox have no solution to this issue. Old 1st Cambox version was better than this one. Wasted my money upgrading 🙁
I am sorry about the way you feel, our team is working hard on your feedback. We already have a solution which is to extend the video files duration to 15min in order to reduce the discrepancy between videos.

I finally managed to use it and I admit that the quality is there. The small defects remain the system of hooking with the velcro which came off (adhesive not velcro) in full race thus a little embarrassing! To refine in time but if you develop a new adhesive so that the scratch sticks properly to the helmet foams in its upper part I'm a taker. I may try an irreversible glueing for the grip is good ? See how reliable it is over time... T.MICHAU

I had issue upgrading firmware on my v4Pro but Julien was very helpful and we upgraded it remotely. Thank you - excellent tech support
In use motorcycle track: Lightweight device, fits perfectly to the helmet motorcycle, does not interfere absolutely vision, does not feel. Quality at the top I use it since 2021 and no alteration. Ideal for the trajectories on track.
