Needed help to update the firmware of a Cambox V4 Pro as regular procedure didn't work. I contacted the support and received immediate reply and first class help. Update was a little bit more complicated but step by step support by Victor did the job very well. Absolutely 5 stars, thank you!
Took a while to be sent, which is understandable near Christmas. When it arrived near my home town they came when I wasn't home and didn't leave a note. I had to make many phone calls and visit the factory to see where it was. Turns out they had left it at the local post office. They need to be told to leave notes so people actually know where their items are. Thanks

My rating is for the way I was conned to buy the Black Friday Bundle. when I searched for the individual item (camera) the page couldn't be found 404 came up... the only way I could find it was with the bundle which cost and extra £50. Not happy.

Camera arrived broken. Very poor quality 3d printed plastic case. No response from support after a week from my published question.
We are very surprised because all our products are tested by our quality service in their packaging before shipments.

I'd had issues with the Cambox app for V4Pro... Victor at Cambox EU worked with me to troubleshoot the issue with the application for my iPhone. Advice: Be patient with the technology and work with Cambox to solve the issue. Stellar customer service! Thank you again!
I’ve had the camera for a week and am still waiting for help with setting the time. I also had to reset the camera to get in to work when it first arrived. Would be great if the camera’s were sent out in a useable condition to start with.

Following BREXIT, now any product purchased in Europe for delivery in the UK is duty-free. The UK tax is then requested by the carrier at the time of delivery of the product to your home.
Don't worry, the cost of buying your Cambox is ultimately the same as for a European.

EU customer Buy the product Cambox Origin at €275 including VAT (including €46VAT)
UK customer Buy the product from Cambox duty-free, i.e. €230 without VAT + 20% taxes to FEDEX at the time of delivery, which will be paid to the British state.

Got my new 4 pro and love it. I did experience a delay in shipping but Cambox Aust helped keep me updated along the way. was worth the wait! good quality camera and easy to use.
I paid 25 euros for FedEx Express delivery in 24/48h and the package arrived after 10 days. And when I ask for a refund of the shipping costs by email, they do not answer me! So 1 star
The goods haven't yet been tried. However, customer service was very disappointing. Cambox did not respond to any of my enquiries, and the goods were sent to the billing address, not the delivery address.
I purchased a V4 Pro, this product is excellent, much better than a chin strap mounted Gopro, the assistance I received from the staff at the beginning, allowed me to quickly get familiar with this camera. I can only recommend both the product and the staff of the company that responded to me.
