A little clarification about shipping costs: we ask for a contribution of 5€ (point retrait) or 6€ (home delivery against signature), but you should know that we already cover part of the shipping costs, since it costs us an average of 10€ to send a parcel. Our shipping costs have remained the same since 2012, despite the explosion in transport costs over the past few years, so it's hard for us to do better. On the other hand, we offer free delivery in France for orders over €60 🙂

I'd like to take advantage of this message to clarify something about your last order: the parcel was indeed returned as you didn't collect it in time, because the collection point you chose (a Consigne) has a very specific policy with collection required within 5 days only, unlike other collection points (post offices, retailers) which keep parcels for 2 weeks.
