Thank you for this feedback Patricia, we are relieved to read that you love our perfumes. Allow us just to complete the end of your review: "the perfume doesn't last... on my skin". As explained to other curious noses before you who did not have the expected longevity, if our perfumes did not last, we would have closed shop a long time ago. We can never say it enough: the longevity of a perfume can vary from one person to another, depending on our skin and its evolution over time, the cosmetic products used... or passing viruses that can also play nasty tricks on our senses! We are also the first to admit that our samples are equipped with a roll-on that is less practical than a spray for dosing and distributing the perfume. This may also explain this impression of lightness, which could disappear with your bottle as it is equipped with a spray (whether it is a bottle of eau de parfum, or pure perfume which is even more concentrated, therefore more intense if needed). In any case, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for having the curiosity to try our perfumes, we hope you find your happiness with our fellow perfumers! Maxime

We are happy to read that you found your happiness with ippi patchouli Typhaine! Indeed, the pure perfume is even more concentrated than the eau de parfum, so if you like intense versions, this may be the suitable format for you. Just one thing to help you in your choice: the eau de parfum is often more than sufficient in terms of longevity/power for most fans of ippi patchouli, but I must admit that our samples, which are equipped with an ear touch (and not a spray), do not always allow for proper dosing or distribution of the perfume, and thus to get a real idea of the longevity. We are also disappointed, Valerie, that you did not find your happiness in our collection! The other reviews are as sincere as yours, and you can imagine that if our perfumes did not last, we would not have existed since 1988. The explanation lies elsewhere... While some fragrances in our collection are made to be rather discreet and confidential (musk or aloe for example), others offer a beautiful trail and long-lasting presence. However, it is important to remember that a perfume can react, smell, or last differently from one person to another, as the longevity depends a lot on the skin of the person wearing it. Do not hesitate to perfume your clothes, on which the scent will last longer, or to opt for a pure perfume that will be even more concentrated and therefore more intense than eau de parfum. Also be careful of temporary loss of smell caused by allergies or viruses, or a change in cosmetic products in your routine for example. Finally, I concede that our samples are equipped with a roll-on that is less practical than a spray for dosing and distributing the perfume. This may also explain this impression of lightness, which could disappear with your bottle as it is equipped with a spray.
