I urgently needed my wheel because my entrance gate was blocked and my house was therefore unsecured. I ordered the wheel via the site and 1 hour later, I allowed myself to call. I quickly got someone on the phone who took care to check the status of my order live. It was already being prepared. I indeed received it the next day. Very efficient. On one hand, responsiveness and on the other hand having someone directly on the phone and operational on the order status software which is very rare today where most are managed by completely overwhelmed telephone servers. Thank you.
