Response from CBDOO
Hello Greg,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that our products did not meet your expectations.
Indeed, we carry out a strict selection of our flowers and resins and we only offer the best batches for sale (in terms of price quality and quality only). It is this hard work that allows us to receive excellent feedback. We understand that everyone's tastes and preferences are different. However, we are convinced that with nearly 80 different varieties in our shop, you could have found several products that suit you, particularly the hydroponic range.
For your information, we tried to contact you to find a solution (refund of order or sending a premium sample).
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you regarding your order.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Quite surprised by the quality, it really meets expectations, nothing to say about this quality, plus the packaging is very very nice, small gifts that are pleasing. I really recommend this. It arrived very competitively. Really, I truly recommend it.

Hello, I really need a high concentration CBD oil to soothe my joint and muscle pain: my back, neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists are in need of some relief. I can only consume CBD in oil form, as I do not smoke. If the plant can be taken in ways other than smoked, could you explain the other methods of ingestion? Best regards.

I have tried various qualities and they are all really really great! The only downside is that they are very slow and the package takes a week to arrive in Italy!

Response from CBDOO
Hello Jerome,
Thank you for your honesty. We are sincerely sorry to read that this experience did not meet your expectations.
We want to find a solution.
I have tried to contact you multiple times following our brief phone conversation (you were at work at that time), but I have not been able to reach you since then.
It seems that you only ordered one variety: the G13 Haze. With over 100 varieties in our catalog, it sometimes happens that you don't hit the right one on the first try. Apparently, this flower was too light for you and did not match your sensitivity. Your feelings are what matter most, and we completely understand that.
We certainly do not want you to be left with a failure. As briefly mentioned on the phone, we are giving you the choice between two solutions to make things right:
1. A free exchange for a higher range: We will select a more powerful and better-suited variety for you.
2. A full refund of your order.
Could you please contact me by phone or message to confirm the solution that suits you best?
Hoping to be able to talk with you soon,
The CBDOO team

Response from CBDOO
Hello Frédéric,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on all of your products. We completely understand your feelings.
We have noted that you are a "long-time consumer". Indeed, the products in your order (such as the Creamy OG CBG or the Cheesy Iceolator) are chosen for their aromatic finesse, but CBG offers a very subtle effect that may go unnoticed for a connoisseur used to more pronounced sensations.
At CBDOO, we never leave a customer with mixed feelings. That is why, as part of our "100% Satisfied" guarantee, we have tried to reach you more than 15 times by phone to offer you a solution.
Among our 100 different references, some references might suit you better. Would you agree to a free exchange of your order for more intense products (Premium / Hydro range; more intense resins)?
Since we have not been able to reach you by phone, we invite you to contact us directly at 06 70 73 89 02 or by email. We really want to turn this "meh" experience into a heartwarming discovery.
Hoping to be able to exchange with you soon,
The CBDOO team
