I expected better, the weed is a bit too humid, taste-wise not great but it would tend to improve when drying. It's a shame that it is not 'ready to use' immediately. Otherwise, good purchasing experience, the site is serious.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Loic,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for your rating. We are happy that you found the purchasing experience satisfactory and our site serious.
Regarding your comment on the product, we would like to provide some clarifications. We offer more than 100 varieties, with different taste profiles and textures. You tested two, and some flowers may indeed seem a bit more humid depending on their genetics, the curing method, or even the transport conditions. However, they are normally ready to use upon receipt. In some cases, transport can slightly alter the perceived humidity (depending on ambient humidity, duration, or temperature variations), although this remains rare.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied. This is why we have tried to contact you by phone several times to find a solution and offer you a commercial gesture.
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Please feel free to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or through our social media, we remain entirely at your disposal.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Hello Luca,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that our products did not meet your expectations; however, we are also very surprised.
Indeed, we carry out a strict selection of our flowers and resins and we only offer the best batches for sale (in terms of price quality and quality only). It is this hard work that allows us to receive excellent feedback (see guaranteed reviews). It is therefore curious that you did not like anything. Not to mention that the products you ordered come from several different growers and there are many best sellers that have never or almost never received negative reviews.
We understand that tastes can vary, but in this specific case, it seems that the issue does not come from the quality of our products, but rather from a matter of personal preference. If you do not like legal cannabis, it is normal that you do not like our products, and in this case, your comment is completely biased.
Moreover, why did you not contact us and refuse all contact attempts to find a solution (refund of order or resending of samples)?
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you regarding your order.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team
