Great craftsmanship. The Certano bender is very easy to install. I got the bender and the bridge set for my Recording King lap steel. I have no tuning problems when using these benders. I am very happy with the product.

I had received his hand crafted Certano CL-1 from his shop in France to my home on Cape Cod USA in just 2 days. It is the BEST lap steel with all hand built quality parts. It is extremely resonant and remains in tune....a beautiful instrument that you will treasure playing onstage or in the recording studio.

I changed over my lap steel from C6 tuning to Open D and installed the Bender and bridge this week. The process was very easy and I love the way it sounds now. This is a beautiful, well-built lap steel with high-quality components. It came set up perfectly and sounds fantastic. Including a personalized gig bag and a tone bar was a nice touch. Well done. I highly recommend this lap steel.

I recently bought a Palm Bender “Le carré LOW” for my Tele and I am very happy with it. Shipping was fast and installation was simple. I had to cut down the edge of the ashtray-style bridge to allow the B & G strings to pass through, but that was easy with a Dremel tool. The bender is very well made and works well. Tuning is stable and easy to adjust on stage without tools. It's going to take a while to get the hang of using it while coordinating picking and pressing either, or both, levers.

Shipped quickly, parts are of good quality, installation was easy, and reference material was very useful to installation. Sounds great!
